Q: How long will it take to dry my property?
A: We are usually able to dry structures in 3-4 days, though some jobs require more time due to the amount of water damage as well as what type of water is involved. (sewage back up, ground water etc..) We always keep our customer well aware of every step in the process.
Q: What if Insurance denies my claim?
A: We understand that this may happen and/or not all home or business owners have coverage. We do our best to work with insurance adjusters and file your claim. Our team will work with you and your budget in the best way possible to get your specific needs taken care of. It is possible that we can devise a payment plan and we also take Visa and Master Card as well as Paypal.
